Formed in 2003 with...
Great prices: We entered the market by breaking the price barrier on high quality hosting services. Affordability has made us #1, and it will always be our focus. We DO NOT oversell, you may see other hosts offering more but its unrealistic and downright impossible. Unlimited diskspace and bandwidth does not exist!
Instant service: Some hosting providers don’t begin setting up customers’ servers until after they’ve received the orders. Here at SERVBoston, we wouldn’t dream of asking you to wait! We make sure your new server is ready for use before you sign up, so that login information can be emailed to you the very second your payment is processed. You receive the same fast service as a customer.
Rock solid infrastructure: The reliability of our technology platform is essential to our ability to offer low prices and fast service. The network our servers are in (always expanding) consist of MCI, Level 3, Equinix, Verio, Switch & Data, Verizon, DataSides, Cisco and more.
Maximum customer control: We believe that you, our customer, should be in charge of every aspect of the hosting relationship. We do not require long term contracts. Our support is available 24/7/365. And we’re all ears if there are additional services you need.
In 2008...

In 2010...

Hosting Facilities
All of SERVBoston's servers are housed in private datacenter space in the newly renovated 427 LaSalle data center facility located adjacent to the Chicago Board of Trade in downtown Chicago. The building is one of Chicago's preeminent carrier hotels with excellent options for metro and global connectivity

Chicago is one of the most connected cities in the world, and it's central location makes it the optimum location for serving Internet content. Chicago serves as one of North America's largest Internet hubs and is home to every major network provider. Most of the fiber optics that connect the East and West coasts of the United States run through Chicago and this yields low latency to both coasts as well as to Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
Chicago was recently rated the greenest city in the US for datacenter locations. A recent study showed Chicago was much more energy efficient and produced only a small fraction of carbon emissions than other datacenter locations. Chicago was also recently ranked one of the safest cities in the United States with a very low risk for natural disasters ahead of other cities in Texas, California, Florida and the East Coast - all of which have a much greater risk for hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes and floods than Chicago.
