It had been a long standing tradition here for us to stream Christmas music from our site to you! We always start Thanksgiving day and stream until the day after Christmas and for us and many of customers thats when the holiday season really begins.
That day is approaching soon so keep an eye out!

As im sure most of you know we changed our company name not to long back.
Since then we have been trying to find a new logo design and a new slogan and im proud to say we have just found it. This is Raphie, inspired by one of my favorite movies growing up "A Christmas Story". As you can see Ralphie doesnt have a care in the world, he sure doesn't need to worry about his website because we are taking care of that which leads us to our new slogan!
Relax! Your being SERVed by the pros! This is our new slogan because we feel its what most people want in a host and we even pride ourselves on having low support requests. Our clients dont need support ofton but when they do we provide fast, responsive answers for them. So like i said, relax!
We welcome any feedback on our new logo/slogan.

As a customer of ours what features are YOU looking for?
We just added a new sitebuilder to all our packages that we think is just great. Now anyone can login to their hosting account and start building their own website! The question here is what else do you need? What do you look for in a hosting company and what would make you choose us as your new host?
We really are looking for your feedback on these issues as we want to be a company that listens and we do, we are more then willing to add a feature that you want but dont currently have.

Well here it is, the Rapid Hosting blog.
To be honest i really dont know how much this will be updated, i do agree its a personal touch we are all to busy doing what we have to do to keep the service running smooth which includes answering tickets, phone calls, live chat and posting on the forum.
How our blog is going to fit into all this im not yet sure. However keep checking back we will try to get over here as ofton as we can.

Having another host copy us for the most part is flattering. However we want to make sure that you (the customer) knows not only who the original is but that we have nothing to do with these other sites.
Below your going to find to screenshots, one is of our site and one is of another site we came across and we put a red square around the paragraphs that were identical.
So what do you think? Pretty much copy and pasted our text from our site and put it on theirs. Like i said before the fact that they want to copy us is flattering but not if it affects our user base.
Remeber there is only 1 Rapid Hosting!
